If an item is damaged or you have received the wrong item, you can register your complaint via your customer account. You can do this as follows:
- Select the order and click on the “Report return/problem” field.
- Select the item and indicate whether it is dirty/defective or was delivered incorrectly.
- You will then be offered various options through which you will be guided step by step.
