As soon as we have received the shipment and the items have been checked, we will refund you the corresponding payment amount. The credit should be credited to your account within 10 working days of receipt of the shipment, depending on the postal transit time and type of payment. For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that was used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you in advance. Please always keep the receipt until you have received the refund for your return. The regular costs of returning the items are borne by the customer.
