If you have already registered a return via your customer account, you can download the required documents again and then print them out. You can do this as follows:
- Select the order under “My account” -¬ “My orders”. You will now see the details of your order.
- Under the menu item “Status history” you will find the last item “Returns registered”.
- Click on “Returns registered”, you can then choose how many parcels your return should be sent back to us in if your order was sent in several parcels.
- Click on “Print return slip”. You now have the option to print out your return label again.
- Stick the return label on the parcel and hand the parcel in at the nearest Hermes parcel store.
We recommend that you keep the receipt for the parcel until we have refunded your money.
