You have the option of canceling your order within 14 days of receiving the complete shipment. To enable us to process your return quickly, please register it at www.limango.de under “My account”. You can do this as follows:
- Select the order under “My orders”.
- Click on the “Report return/problem” field.
- Select the items and enter a reason for return for each one.
- Print out the return slip and return label displayed.
- Stick the return label on the parcel and hand the parcel in at the nearest Hermes parcel store.
We recommend that you keep the receipt for the parcel until we have refunded your money.
For partner items from the limango marketplace:
- Please do not send the partner item back to limango, but directly to the partner. You can use the enclosed return label for this. If you return the item to limango, there will be long delays in refunding the purchase price.
- Stick the enclosed return label on the package/shipping bag and hand it in to the shipping partner named on the label.
- Once the return shipment has been received by our partner, we will refund your payment.
- If the return label was not in your package, please contact us at marktplatz_service@limango.de. We will send you the required documents by e-mail.
Please note that for technical reasons it is only possible to register a return in your customer account once you have received the complete order. The right of withdrawal of 14 days also only begins as soon as you have received all items from this order.
For deliveries via the Hermes Furnishing Service (HES):
- If your order is delivered via the Hermes Einrichtungs-Service, it is also responsible for taking back your delivery.
- If you order items that are sent via HES, you will receive all relevant information and contacts by e-mail from customer service.
