You can check the status of your order at any time in your limango customer account. You will also receive a tracking link with the shipping confirmation, which you can use to check the current status of your parcel at any time.
For deliveries via the Hermes installation service (HES):
A few days after the end of the promotion, you will have the opportunity to check the status of your order with our customer service. Unfortunately, it is not possible to check the status via your limango customer account as usual.
