To give us an idea of your complaint, it is sufficient to take one or two digital photos of the item you are complaining about and send them to us by email with a brief description of the defect, stating your order number. Please refrain from sending the goods back to us. As soon as we have received the photos by email and have received feedback from our production department, we will let you know whether and how we can help you. As the ordered goods are an individualized print product, returns are excluded. However, in the event of a complaint, we will of course endeavor to make improvements.
