How can I cancel my order or individual products?

To cancel a complete order or individual items, you can proceed as follows:

Select the relevant order and enter the number of items to be canceled next to the items you no longer want.

Now complete the process by clicking on the “Cancel” button.

After you have canceled your order, we will automatically send you a cancellation confirmation by e-mail. If it is no longer possible to cancel your order, this is because we have already sent your data to our logistics department. Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to cancel from this point onwards.
